As I promised, in this video I will show you the #1 secret to get the best results and practice some more Omoiyari Touch.

Let me recap the last two videos. I talked about the danger of stress and how the holistic approach brings out the genuine anit-aging to your face rather than just beautifying the façade. I also talked about the Omoiyari Touch and the new way to view and communicate with your body parts. In case you haven’t watched those videos, please do that right now because I covered some important things and I don’t want you to miss out on them.

So what is the #1 secret to get the best results? It is to practice little bit of Omoiyari Touch every day and embrace “what’s so.” I was talking to my friend about anti-aging, and my friend said “Accept-aging is better than anti-aging” and I totally agree. Instead of constantly fighting against the natural occurrence called aging, it’s better to first accept your age, appreciate your age, love your age, love who you are at your age, and embrace all the experiences that come with your age.

I know we are all busy beings. When I say to practice Omoiyari Touch every day, I don’t mean to spend hours on it. It only takes few minutes a day. Consistency is power. The goal is to feel like you are making yourself 1% better every day.

It is inevitable that on some days we do too much physically or mentally, or both. How is your vision right now? Is it clear or are your eyes tired? If you feel like your eyes have been working hard today, do this.

Press the acupressure points by the inner corners of your eyes with your thumb and index finger like pinching the nose bridge. You don’t have to press hard. The skin is very thin around the eyes so press gently. You certainly don’t want to bruise your pretty face with fingerprints. Hold these points as you take ten deep breaths through your nose and out through your mouth.

I have my clients take a deep breath as I start the massage. Sometimes people go very quickly like… That’s not a deep breath. The deep breath is… that’s a deep breath. So go slow.

Hold the points and close your eyes. Take a 1st deep breath, and out through your mouth, 2nd deep breath, and out through your mouth, 3rd deep breath, and out through your mouth, 4th deep breath, and out through your mouth, 5th deep breath, and out through your mouth, 6th deep breath, and out through your mouth, 7th deep breath, and out through your mouth, 8th deep breath, and out through your mouth, 9th deep breath, and out through your mouth, 10th deep breath, and out through your mouth. That was exactly 1 minute.

How is your vision now? Congratulations! You just practiced the Omoiyari Touch. How hard was it?

I’ll show you another point you can do. If you are stressed out or if you’ve had a very stressful day that’s heavy on your heart, Do this.

Here is an acupressure point for stress. Make a fist and it’s where your middle finger is touching. Hook your thumb and press and hold this point as you breathe deeply. Let’s do this for 30 seconds. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30.

Switch hand, make a fist and press where the middle finger is touching with a hooked thumb. And breathe deeply for 30 seconds. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30.

So that was 2 minutes total of Omoiyari Touch. That was pretty easy and doable, right?

Now let me give you a homework. I want you to do one of these again tomorrow so you’ll have instance of Omoiyari Touch two days in a row.
