Roleo | Massage Device for Hands, Wrists and Forearms
This week I’m going to show you a massage device called Roleo. It’s a wonderful device for hands, wrists, and forearms. As a massage therapist my forearms get really tight sometimes. This is a wonderful device to loosen those muscles. I’m going to show you how you use this.
Place it on a table. It has suction cups to make it stable. Remove all the jewelries and slowly slide your arm through the opening up to your forearm. It has very strong springs on the sides and that give the pressure. There are these ridges that are fabulous on tight spots. You can put the ridge over the tight spot and massage it by bending or rotating your wrists. I like to go back and forth on it. It has the knob on the top to make the spring tighter. I’m going to do righty tighty all the way for my right forearm because it needs a good pressure. You can also flip your arm and massage the inner forearm. Then for my left arm it is little bit too tight so I’m going to do lefty loosey about half way. That’s perfect for me.
This is a good massage device for people who work with their hands a lot especially for those who tend to have carpal tunnel syndrome for their profession such as massage therapists and computer professionals. If you tend to have sore hands, wrists, or forearms check this device out. It’s available on Amazon for $39.99 and has 4.5 stars.
