Two weeks ago I started on the feet. And last week I went up and down the leg. This week let’s finish on the feet.
Sit by the receiver’s feet. Press the arches in several locations using your thumbs. Match your breath with the receiver’s and press as the receiver exhales.
Stretch the top of the foot by holding the heel and pressing down the foot. Then stretch the bottom of the foot by pulling the ankle and pressing the bottom of the foot towards the receiver’s knee. Make sure you communicate if the pressure is ok.
For more pressure, lean in more and use your body weight as you press the foot.
