As I promised I’m going to move up on the receiver’s leg today. Sit by the receiver’s feet. Open the receiver’s legs a little so you have enough room to move. Using the base of the palm, press the calf muscle one side at a time as you go up the leg, make circles on the knees, and press the thighs. Rock your body and use your body weight for pressure. Come back down the leg. Say hi to the knees. Again press the calf muscles with the palm heel. You can make several trips on the receiver’s legs.
When you press on the thighs, instead of pressing straight down against the thigh bones, press them inward. It’s more like moving the thigh muscles around the thigh bones so it doesn’t hurt the receiver.
