I’m going to show you how to massage around the shoulder blade. Stand behind the receiver. Grab the shoulder with one hand and press along the edge of the shoulder blade with your thumb. For more pressure pull back the receiver’s shoulder more as you press with your thumb and use the leverage.
If it’s hard to see the shoulder blade on the receiver, gently bring the receiver’s arm backward and you should be able to find it easier. You can also slide the fingers. Ideally you can slide the fingers under the shoulder blade but I rarely see that because this is where people carry lots of stress and usually this area is very tight.
