This week I’ll show you one of the Thai Massage moves to massage your partner’s hamstrings.

Sit by the receiver’s foot and grab the ankle and foot. Lift up the receiver’s leg so that it’s bent at the hip and the knee. Press the receiver’s hamstrings with your foot as you gently pull the receiver’s foot. Go up and down the hamstrings.
