I’ve shown you how to do forearm roll on neck and shoulder before. You can do it on legs too. Sit next to the receiver in an angle. Use the forearm to roll from the ankle all the way to buttocks. If the receiver wants more pressure, slow down, use the area on the forearm closer to the elbow, and get closer to the receiver and lean on to use the body weight.
