This week I’ll show you how to massage your partner’s thighs using the butterfly hands.
Have the partner lie on the ground with one knee bent and open. Put your hands with the wrists touching each other like a butterfly. Press the thigh using your body weight starting above the knee. Go up and down the thigh.
I pull the thigh muscles back a little bit as I finish the press instead of pressing straight down and up. Start lightly especially if your partner has a very tight hip joint. If the receiver is a guy, clear the way around the crotch area to avoid the accidental injury.
