This week I’ll show you how to use your knee to massage your partner’s foot.
Have the partner lie face down. Naturally the feet should be turned so that the toes are facing inside. Use your knee to press the arch of the partner’s foot. Go up and down the sole. The knee is very hard. Make sure you check in with the partner if the pressure is ok especially if your partner has very tight ankle and not much flexibility.
Here’s another angle you can try using the other knee.
If the knee is too much you can always use your fist to press the sole.
