Yes you can Rock’n Roll with massage too. This week I’m going to show you how to “rock.” In rocking you rock your partner’s body back and forth. It should be very relaxing for your partner.
Start with the back and rock along the spine. Around the buttocks you can go over the partner and rock side to side. When you rock the leg you can lift the foot and rock back and forth below the knee. You can also lift up and down the foot from the knee. Rock the arms too.
