This week I’ll introduce you to another massage tool you have – your heels. I’ll show you how to walk on your partner back sideways to massage using your heels.

Sit behind your partner sitting comfortably on the ground. Bring your partner’s arms behind and grab each other’s wrists tightly. Press the muscles next to the spine with your heels. Walk up and down along the spine.

Adjust your sitting position so that you can keep your arms and legs straight for the maximum leverage. Avoid flexing your feet because your shins will get tired quickly. Keep your feet relaxed. Turn your feet outward if it gives you more stability.
