This week I’ll show you a simple effective way to massage your partner’s shoulders. IF THE RECEIVER IS PREGNANT DO NOT DO THIS MOVE because there are acupressure points on the shoulders that induce labor.
Stand behind the partner sitting on the ground. Put your palms on the partner’s shoulders with the base of your palms facing each other. Using your body weight press the shoulders as you glide with the base of your palms. If the receiver wants more pressure stand closer and lean in more.
You can glide over a cotton T-shirt easily. If you do this on a bare skin, please use a lotion or oil so it’s easier to glide. Again, DO NOT DO THIS IF YOUR PARTNER IS PREGNANT unless it’s past the due date and you really want the baby to come out.
