DO NOT DO THIS IF THE RECEIVER IS PREGNANT!!!
This is one way to massage your partner’s shoulder. Stand behind the receiver. Grab the receiver’s wrist from underneath. Pick three spots between the neck and shoulder. Use the elbow to press or circle those spots. Make sure you communicate with your partner if the pressure is ok. Elbow is a very hard part to massage with and it can easily be too much for the receiver. Start light and gradually increase the pressure.
