This week I’ll show you how to massage your partner’s IT Band which is located on the outer side of the upper leg.
Have your partner lie on the floor facing up with one leg deeply bent with open knee. Again this position itself is a great hip opener. Sit very close and put your feet against the partner’s inner thigh or shin. Firmly hold the IT Band with your closed fingertips and lean back like you’re rowing a boat. Go up and down along the IT Band on the outer thigh.
Make sure you relax your arms. Hook your fingertips and lean back more for more pressure.
