This week I’ll show you how to massage your partner’s triceps.
Sit next to your partner’s head lying on a comfortable surface facing up. Bring the partner’s arm above the head holding the wrist or elbow, whichever is easier. Knead the partner’s triceps from underneath between the shoulder and the elbow. Sorry I didn’t realize how bright it was but I hope you can see it. Use your entire palm and fingers to grab and roll the triceps muscles around the upper arm bone as you knead.
