What do you do when you want to massage your tired feet but your hands are tired too? Today I’m going to show you an easy way to massage your feet using balls.
Have the therapeutic ball or lacrosse ball on the floor and simply step on it and roll on it all over the foot. You can spend some time on the tight spots.
As you may know according to the reflexology your entire body can be mapped on your feet. Massaging your feet is like massaging the entire body. Even if you don’t believe it, it feels good and that’s what matters.
If you want less pressure, use a tennis ball which is softer. If you want more pressure use a golf ball or do this standing. Golf ball is small and hard and it can really dig into the spots.
