This week I’ll show you how to massage your partner’s biceps.
Sit next to your partner lying on a comfortable surface facing up. Pick up the partner’s wrist with the arm bent from the elbow. Starting from the shoulder, compress the partner’s biceps using the base of your palm and your weight. Go up and down the biceps between the shoulder and elbow.
Only if the partner doesn’t have a shoulder or rotator cuff injury, put the wrist down on the ground so the partner’s arm is flat. Do the same move on the biceps. This way you are massaging the biceps from a different angle.
