Today I’m going to show you a simple technique to increase the kneading power. I’m going to use my arm because I had a long day at work and my arm can use some love.
Let’s simply squeeze your arm with your palm and go up and down. It feels good. Now to increase the power, bring the arm muscles around the bone, and squeeze just like kneading dough. By bringing the muscles you have a better grip and you can use the entire palm to press.
This technique can be used around the bone such as neck, shoulder, arm, and leg and also the side of your body.
