Hand Reflexology to Improve Immune System

This week I will show hand reflexology to improve the immune system.

Hello beautiful souls. I am Yasuko and it’s time for Massage Monday. This week I will show you hand reflexology to improve immune system. If you feel you are coming down with cold or something, do this everyday at least once a day to improve the immune system.

The first one is tonsil. The reflex for the tonsil is located at the V-junction of the thumb and index finger bones.

If you are pregnant, skip this one because it’s very close to acupressure point called Large Intestine 4 which is used to induce labor. This shouldn’t be stimulated until after the due date.

Pinch the tonsil reflex with a hooked thumb for 7 seconds. And Release. Repeat on the other side. Pinch the tonsil reflex with a hooked thumb for 7 seconds. And release.

The next one is small intestine reflex. You can do this if you are pregnant.

Draw a line from the space between the middle finger and ring finger towards the wrist. It’s about four thumb widths down on that line. Press this area with your thumb for 7 seconds. And release. Repeat on the other side. Press with your thumb for 7 seconds. And release.

The third one is lymph nodes. You can do this one too if you are pregnant.

The reflex for lymph nodes in general is located next to the wrist joint that sticks out. Press this area with a hooked thumb for 7 seconds. And release. Repeat on the other side. Press with a hooked thumb for 7 seconds. And release.
