This week I will show you a hand reflexology for high blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure I recommend you do this everyday at least once a day.
The first one is the interbrain reflex in the middle of your thumb.

Press it against the tip of the index finger joint for 7 seconds. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system to help you relax because when you are relaxed your blood pressure is harder to rise. And release. Repeat on the other side. And release.
The second one is lower spine reflex.

It’s located two thumb widths from the line between the thumb and palm. It’s right above the wrist joint. This also activates the parasympathetic nervous system which stems from the lower spine. Press it with a hooked thumb for 7 seconds. And release. Repeat on the other side. And release.
The last one is kidney reflex in the middle of your palm.

When your kidney is not functioning well, it becomes harder to eliminate excess sodium and fluid. This will increase the amount of your blood in your system and raise your blood pressure. To be exact, it’s two thumb widths from the middle finger. Press this area with the belly of your thumb for 7 seconds. And release. Repeat on the other side.
If you use a blood pressure monitor like this Omron Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor,
check before and after the hand reflexology and see it there is any difference.
