Receiver: Lay face down
Giver: Sit on the receiver’s butt/thighs. Squeeze the receiver’s waist with the fists in up-and-away circular motion. Keep the wrists straight. Use the arms and upper body movement to create more pressure. Stay between the hip and ribs. Play with different angles with your fists especially if the receiver is short-waisted or if your fists are very big. As always check with your partner if more or less pressure is desired.
