I have done some surveys in the past year or so and one of the things that people wanted to learn from me more about was Acupressure.

I have quite a few acupressure videos on my channel. In fact, you can check them out in the acupressure playlist here.

I am actually working on a project right now using the down time from the lockdown. I am complying with the order so I’m not seeing anyone or touching anyone. I can say more about this project the next week or so but I want to reflect your requests in my contents as much as possible. So, for now, it would really help me if you could just leave any questions about acupressure you have, what do you want to learn about acupressure, or why you want to learn about acupressure and so on in the comments below. It’s going to help me understand your needs and wishes so I can be of more help to you.

And if you are interested in this “project”, you can sign up for the early-bird waitlist from the link here.

Just to give you a heads up, I may be posting more here in the coming weeks so stay tuned.

And please stay safe.

  1. How long and with what movement do I massage a pressure point?

When I run my fingers down my arms and legs I feel many sensitive spots. Should I keep pressure on all of them one at a time? How do I know if this is a pressure point and its effects if I add pressure?
