Knee (ST 36)
Find the hollow under and outside of the kneecap. Go down four finger width below and one thumb width outside of the shin. This point is good for digestion as well as vitality. Press this point with a finger or use the other leg’s heel for 30-60 seconds or until you get tired. Switch leg and repeat.
Rub your tummy in clockwise motion which is the direction of your digestion. You are rubbing some acupressure points around the belly buttons too. Intention is very powerful.
