Acupressure points for Headache and Hangover – Part 1
Per several requests, here are some acupressure points that are good for headache that are also good for hangover.
Hand (LI 4) – DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR TRYING TO GET PREGNANT.
Close thumb and index finger. Press the end of the crease into the base of the index finger.
Cheek (ST 3)
Under the pupil of your eye on the cheek bone on both sides. Press these points into the cheek bone.
Eye Socket (B 2)
The point where the nose bridge and eye socket meets on both sides. Press these points into the eye socket.
Third Eye (GV 24.5)
Right in the middle between the eyebrows.
Press these points for 1-2 minutes. You can also combine these points to save time. For example, you can press cheek points and eye socket points or cheek points and the third eye point at the same time.
